Biba has a dominant presence in designer women’s wear through its flagship brand ‘BIBA’. Biba has also created the ’Meena Bindra’ brand which caters to the price-conscious segment of the market. Lee Cooper is a manufacturer and retailer of lifestyle products, including denims, trousers, jackets and shirts under the ’Lee Cooper’ brand. It operates primarily through 285 multi-brand outlets, including 250 Future Group stores. Lee Cooper is a wholly owned subsidiary of Indus-League.

Celio is a 50:50 joint venture between Celio International and Indus-League Clothing Limited.  Celio is a leader in men’s wear in France and has an international presence through 1000 stores in 66 countries.

Turtle
Turtle (Turtle Ltd.)


Turtle is a Kolkata-based manufacturer, distributor, exporter and retailer of men’s wear. It operates through 46 exclusive ’Turtle Wood’ brand outlets, 1,550 multi-brand outlets and 80 Future Group stores. Turtle retails its products through its brands Turtle, Turtle Woods and London Bridge. Indus- League has a 26% stake in Turtle.

Holii is a 50:50 joint venture with Hidesign India Private Limited. It’s in the business of retailing fashion accessories such as luxury handbags for women, wallets and other leather products under the brand name ’Holii’. It operates through five exclusive brand outlets and 62 multi-brand outlets, including 21 Future Group stores.

Indus Tree (Indus Tree Crafts Pvt. Ltd.)


Indus Tree is a ’for profit’ social entrepreneurship driven by a triple bottom line - financial, social and environmental. It is engaged in the design, creation, domestic retailing and distribution, and export of environmentally and socially sustainable products that include apparel, personal accessories, furniture, handicrafts, furniture and home linen. These products are marketed under the ’Mother Earth’ brand. It operates through 5 exclusive outlets and 15 multi-brand outlets, including 7 Future Group stores.

It is a member of Fair Trade and sources goods from over 4,000 artisans and craftsmen across India. The Producer group holds a 13.29% share in Indus Tree through a Mutual Beneficial Trust.

Indus Tree has entered into a strategic partnership with Grassroot Business Fund (GBF), a US-based social investor committed to provide mentorship and assistance to self- help groups at the bottom of the pyramid (BOP). Clarks Future Footwear Ltd. (CFFL) is a joint venture between London's international footwear brand CJ Clarks and Future Ventures India Ltd. (FVIL).

CFFL has an established presence across India and distributes footwear under the Clarks brand.

Capital Foods
Capital Foods (Capital Foods Exportts Private Limited)


Capital Foods is engaged in the processed food segment through various categories such as instant noodles, sauces, chutneys, hakka noodles, vinegar and other ready-to- cook items. It currently has more than1000 distributors across 250 cities and also sells directly to modern retail. It also exports products to various countries including the US, UK, Singapore, Middle East and Australia. It retails its products under the brands:

Capital Foods Limited, a subsidiary of Capital Foods Exportts, has received an in-principle approval (no. F. No. 1-MFPI/08/Mega FP (Vol.II)) dated August 3, 2010 for establishing a mega food park from the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India (MOFPI). Capital Foods Limited is proposing to establish this food park at Kolar/ Tumkur in Karnataka under the Mega Food Parks Scheme of MOFPI. The park is being designed to provide an integrated facility for food processing enterprises and to enable farmers in the vicinity to sell their produce with minimum wastage and intermediation.

FCPL (Future Consumer Products Ltd.)


FCPL is co-promoted with the cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar. It is engaged in product development, designing and branding of FMCG products under the brand ’Sach’. These products are currently sold through various Future Group stores.


FCEL (Future Consumer Enterprises Ltd.)


FCEL is a wholly-owned subsidiary engaged in product development, designing, branding and distribution of FMCG products. FCEL sells it’s product through Future stores under the following brands which have been acquired under a long-term exclusive licensing arrangement.



Aadhaar (Aadhaar Retailing Ltd.)


ARL is held jointly with Godrej Agrovet Limited, with FVIL holding 70%. ARL is in the business of rural and semi-urban retail, distribution of agricultural and consumer products and general merchandise through 51 own stores and 4 distribution centres.

Rural markets are expected to fuel the next level of consumption growth. With capital inflows expected in backend infrastructure, linkages with rural markets will be stronger. The Company is actively pursuing wholesale distribution, cash & carry and franchisee model in this segment and believes it will leverage Future Group’s expertise in organised retail to create value in the rural distribution and retailing.


Turtle
ACK (Amar Chitra Katha Pvt. Ltd.)


Amar Chitra Katha (ACK) is a subsidiary of FVIL. ACK one of the leading children’s media companies in India with flagship brands ’Amar Chitra Katha’ and ‘Tinkle’. It is an established leader in the under-15 age group with diverse product offerings in various formats that are compatible to new media platforms.  It has a catalogue of over 750 print and 100 digital products and 25 proprietary characters with pan-India recognition. In May 2010, ACK acquired India Book House, India’s largest books and magazine distributor with a network of ~ 13,000 retailers. With access to direct distribution and a rich ensemble of products, ACK is positioned for high growth and sustained leadership in its segment.
